The customer has the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the customer or a third party named by him who is not the carrier took possession of the ordered goods.
In order to exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us (BS-DesignZ e.U., Ketzergasse 65B, Office 10-11, 1230 Vienna, e-mail: kundenservice@bsdesignz.com) by means of a clear statement (a postal sent letter or an e-mail) about his decision to revoke this contract. The customer can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this, but this is not mandatory.
In order to meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the customer to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
consequences of resignation
If the customer withdraws from this contract, we shall owe the customer all payments that we have received from the customer, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from the customer choosing a different method of delivery than ours has chosen the cheapest standard delivery offered) immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of the withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that the customer used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with the customer; under no circumstances will the customer be charged for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until the customer has provided proof that he has sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
The customer shall return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which the customer informed us of the withdrawal from this contract

to send back. The deadline is met if the customer sends the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The costs of the return are borne by the customer.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to long-distance contracts
- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive;
- for the delivery of goods, clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the delivery of sealed goods* which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery or if they have been clearly damaged or tampered with for the purpose of use;

The return only takes place in perfect, unused condition including the original packaging with all accessories and the associated invoice.
