• Small - Optimal for a wrist circumference of 15-18cm
• Medium - Optimal for a wrist circumference of 18-20cm
• Large - Optimal for a wrist circumference of 20-23cm

ankle cuffs

• Small - Optimal for an ankle circumference of 19-21 cm
• Medium - Optimal for an ankle circumference of 21-23cm
• Large - Optimal for an ankle circumference of 24-26cm
